CFYR is an optional add-on available with the Go Ultra policy. It allows travellers to cancel their trip for personal reasons not typically covered under a standard cancellation benefit — such as relationship breakdowns, visa issues, or simply a change of mind.
CFYR must be added within 72 hours of paying your trip deposit
Cancellations must occur at least 48 hours prior to departure
Reimbursement: Receive up to 75% of your non-refundable travel costs
Maximum Payout: Up to $50,000 AUD per policy
Flexibility: Covers personal cancellation reasons beyond standard cover
CFYR must be purchased at the same time as your initial Go Ultra policy.
The reason for cancellation must be a genuine personal circumstance not covered under the standard cancellation section of the policy.
